Courses can combine text, documents, recorded video, quizzes and assignments. We configure prerequisites and completion rules so learners know what to do next and instructors can check progress against the course requirements.

Live video sessions and in-person activities can sit alongside self-paced modules. We agree how attendance, practical assessments and completion are recorded, including any checks that instructors need to perform.

Automated certificate generation

We configure certificate templates that use learner and course records to populate fields such as name, course title, completion date and document number. Issue rules can depend on completed activities, assessment results and any required approval.

Your training team approves the templates and eligibility criteria. We test sample documents and the underlying data before rollout, reducing repeated data entry while keeping review and record accuracy part of the process.

Learner management and reporting

Administrators need a clear view of who is enrolled, which activities are complete and where follow-up is needed. We configure the roles, records and reports around those tasks.
