About the Client

Carpathian Stake is a MultiversX staking agency focused on usability and user experience. Beyond optimizing staking rewards, the team designs features that make interactions intuitive and engaging — integrating gamification and social elements to create a more rewarding experience for the community.

Challenge & Objectives

MultiversX operates on an energy-efficient Secure Proof of Stake (SPoS) consensus mechanism, where validators and delegators stake eGold (EGLD) to secure the network and earn rewards.

Carpathian Stake contributes to this ecosystem by helping EGLD holders earn rewards without requiring technical expertise.

Additionally, the platform supports large-scale stakers (“whales”), enabling them to host validator nodes with stakes above 2,500 EGLD, offering higher rewards and lower commissions.

Technical Solution

Nerds Computing provided both technical consulting and full-cycle development to support the integration within the MultiversX staking ecosystem.

The project included the development of CarpathianStake.com, a user interface connected to two key smart contracts: one for staking, enabling holders with over 2,500 EGLD to earn rewards at a reduced commission, and another for delegation, allowing regular EGLD holders to stake easily and receive rewards.

Additionally, the team designed and implemented a Raffle smart contract, through which Carpathian Stake delegators can win EGLD prizes. Winners are automatically displayed on a live leaderboard, creating an engaging and transparent experience for the community.
