TL;DR
Nerds designed and developed Expert RSVTI in full, bringing personnel and equipment records, authorization tracking and document generation into one platform. It gives RSVTI operators a shared view of the companies they oversee, with expiry summaries and reports built from the same records.
Context & challenge
The client works in technical supervision and authorization workflows for industrial equipment and personnel. Managing these activities across multiple companies means keeping records, inspection dates and supporting documents together. The software needed to make that information accessible and help operators identify what required follow-up.
Our role
We were responsible for the full software development, from user interfaces and business logic to data management, document generation and delivery. Our work spans the earlier desktop application and the web platform, with continued development as the client’s requirements evolved.
Solution & delivery
We organized the platform around the operators’ daily work, connecting company records with the people, equipment and documents they manage. The web interface makes these records available to teams working remotely.
- Personnel records. Manage authorizations, testing records and supporting documents, with summaries of expiry dates.
- Equipment tracking. Keep technical details, authorizations and inspection records together, with date-based views for follow-up.
- Documents and reports. Generate pre-filled documents, personnel and equipment lists, and verification plans from the stored information.
Results
The delivered platform connects record keeping, deadline tracking and reporting in one workflow. Operators can move from an expiry summary to the relevant records and prepare documents using information already held in the system. Company-level and consolidated views support oversight across the organizations they manage.
