Sales Partner Associate

We’re looking for people who make good connections by paying attention. Who enjoy discovering what someone is trying to achieve, asking the next useful question, and recognizing where a conversation could lead.

You’ll help connect our engineering work with companies that need it. That starts with understanding their situation and continues through the conversations, proposals and follow-through that turn an opportunity into a working relationship.

What we are looking for

• Curiosity about technology and the business problems it can help solve.
• An ability to listen carefully, communicate clearly and build trust over time.
• Initiative in starting relevant conversations and following them through.
• An organized approach to contacts, opportunities, next steps and commitments.
• Good judgment about when to bring engineers into the conversation and how to keep expectations grounded.

What would be a great match

• Experience in B2B sales, partnerships or another role involving clients.
• Familiarity with prospect research, outreach and keeping a CRM useful and current.
• An understanding of software projects, technical consultancy or working with an external engineering team.
• Interest in our areas of work, from application development and modernization to AI, energy and industrial software.
• Thoughtful use of AI to support research and preparation, with attention to accuracy and relevance.
