What we are looking for

• Clear writing in English or Romanian, and an interest in developing your voice.
• Curiosity about technology and the patience to understand something before explaining it.
• An eye for useful stories, good questions and details that make an idea concrete.
• Openness to feedback and the follow-through to turn a draft into something ready to share.
• Interest in using AI for research and creative exploration, while checking facts and making your own editorial choices.

What would be a great match

• Articles, posts, videos, visuals or a personal project you can show us.
• Familiarity with social media, simple design or video-editing tools.
• Curiosity about search, website content and how people discover information.
• An interest in finding out what people read, watch and respond to—and learning from it.
